Thanks for visiting our site. My name is Bob and now that I am retired from coaching Baseball I am trying to learn as much about these walleye as possible. My family loves eating them and I love spending as much time on the water as possible.

A lot of my fishing friends want to fish but they never have the time so I most often fish by myself. I have met a lot of nice walleye fisherman and I’ve had some give me the evil eye. Not exactly sure why but the hell with them, it’s a big river.

I spend most of my time on the Columbia River from Spokane all the way down to Hood River. Well, that is the stretch that I have caught these little buggers. the majority of time I will fish below McNary Dam unless our family heads up to Lake Roosevelt and then I will spend all day on the water trying to catch fish.

Fortunately for me, I have two fishing friends that specialize in the pro tournaments in our area. One of them fishes bass and the other fishes walleye. We have a local hero in our area who has won a couple of FLW tournaments. His name is Bob Crowe and I hope someday to spend some time with him and if I do, you will hear about it.
